Clause 1.1 — Age Requirement

You are responsible for determining whether your use of bss999 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bss999 does not guarantee that the services are lawful in your specific location. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable local laws before accessing the platform.

Clause 1.3 — Account Registration

Creating Your Account

To access the full range of services on bss999, you must register a single personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not:

• Register more than one account per person, household, or IP address.
• Register on behalf of another person without their express consent.
• Use a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's identity documents.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.

Clause 1.4 — Account Verification (KYC)

bss999 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or at any time the platform deems it necessary. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

Clause 2.3 — Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on bss999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bss999 does not accept or hold funds in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs arising from payments made in a currency other than BDT are the sole responsibility of the player.

Clause 3.1 — General Bonus Terms

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.

• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player or a third party on their behalf.

Clause 6.2 — Closure by the Player

Voluntary Account Closure

Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method provided the account has passed KYC verification and there is no active investigation into the account.

Clause 7.1 — Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bss999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any inaccuracy or omission in the information provided on bss999.bet; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the services; (d) any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential; or (e) any force majeure event including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, network outages, or natural disasters.

While bss999 selects only reputable, certified providers, we cannot be held liable for errors, defects, or interruptions arising from the game studios' own systems. Changes to This Agreement

bss999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing clauses) take effect immediately upon publication. The date at the top of the Terms page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
